It has expanded without jeopardising its core business. It’s a business model has scaled extremely well. Off late however eBay’s revenue growth has been slowing, especially in the United States, it’s most mature market. Experts point that eBay may not have the pricing power it has enjoyed earlier. eBay’s business is very customer driven and it may become difficult to predict what would attract or drive away customers in droves.
