Introduction: In March 2021, leading apparel store BIBA Apparels Private Limited (BIBA) launched a flagship store in New Delhi, India. The launch of the store, its first after the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, propelled the growth of the traditional fashion giant amidst one of the worst global economic crises. While the pandemic had slowed down the growth momentum of the Indian retail industry, BIBA was one of the very few Indian retail brands to continue its expansion throughout 2020-2021. With the launch of this new flagship store, BIBA which had started in a garage, hit its 290th store count and 35th flagship store in the country. Keeping in mind the somber times, it also launched a brand song “Beats of BIBA” to connect with people emotionally..
