What if I have ordered a wrong case material or quantity by mistake?Please quote your order number and send a request for the case study of your choice or for “money reimbursement”. Reimbursement will be done in 12-14 business days.

After my order is completed, when will I get my material?Once your transaction is successful you will receive a link to download the ordered case material along with the confirmation mail which will be active for 48 hours from the time of confirmation.
What are payment modes and delivery modes?Payment can be made through “Credit Cards”, “Net Banking” and through cheque. Delivery of the case material is done through “Electronic Transfer” that is through e-Mail only.
What if there is power cut or communication failure during the transaction?a) If the transaction is failed and the status is unknown then contact firstname.lastname@example.org
b) If the transaction is successful and confirmation mail has not reached to your inbox please contact email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org for the ordered case material.
