How to Order Online ?

Please place your orders online by following the steps given below:

• Select the Cases/Structured Assignment/Teaching Notes, Click the ADD TO CART button.
• Click the CHECK OUT Button
• Confirm the items you have selected
• Enter your personal details
• Enter the credit card billing details/the type of card details
• Click the submit button

A. Select the Cases/Structured Assignment/Teaching Notes, Click the ADD TO CART button.

Select the Cases/Structured Assignment/Teaching Notes you want by clicking the check boxes given on the right hand side. You can know the Pricing information by clicking on the Pricing Information link at the top of the page.

B. Click on the ADD TO CART button

Click on the add to cart button to select the case study given at the bottom of the page

Find the number of items added to your shopping cart at the top of the page

C. Click on the check out button

After you have selected the case studies of your choice, click on the check out button at the bottom of the page.

D. Confirm the cases you have selected

Clicking on the check out button will take you to the following screen wherein you have to confirm the case studies you have selected by clicking on the check boxes provided under the Buy Now coloumn.

Also select customer type (Academic Institution/Corporates), Order type (National/International) and Delivery mode (PDF file/Courier) from the dropdown menu.
Based on the number of cases selected by you in the checkboxes you will get sub total and the bill amount. The bill amount includes the courier charges.

E. Enter your personal details

Enter your personal details such as Name, Organization, Address, E-mail etc.,

Choose an option whether to CONTINUE SHOPPING which will take you to the page where selection was made initially. REMOVE ITEMS will remove the items you decide against. Make Payment will take you to the Credit card billing details page.

F. Enter the credit card billing details/the type of card details

Enter the credit card billing details, the type of credit Visa Card, Master Card.

Finally

G. Click the submit button

By clicking the SUBMIT button you will be taken to the Citibank or ICICI Bank Secure Payment Gateway. After you provide Credit Card details on the Payment Gateway, your card would be processed. After successful payment online, you would be taken back to IBSCDC website wherein you will be able to download case study/structured assignment/teaching notes from the link available.
