Introduction: In May 2021, Pranjali Landge (Pranjali) launched her venture ‘The DryFruit Origin’ in Nagpur (Maharashtra, India). This was at a time when the Covid-19 pandemic had disrupted businesses and companies for over a year since early 2020. During these tough times, Pranjali saw an opportunity in the health food segment for a product that could be nutritious and improve immunity. Based on a recipe that originated as an idea from her mom, Pranjali developed a dry fruit laddoo that was rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals and had immunity booster properties.. |
