2. When you click on Make Payment button, you'll be taken to a secure page where you have to confirm your billing details. After this, you will be routed to the ICICI Bank/CitiBank/HDFC Bank (Payment Gateway) page where you have to provide your Credit Card details.
3. From here, once your transaction has been completed successfully, you will be taken to a page with links for downloading the purchased case studies, structured assignments or teaching notes.
4. An e-mail confirming your transaction details will also be sent to the e-mail id that you have provided. This mail will also contain another link to download the case studies, structured assignments  or teaching notes and will be active for the next 48 hours!

1. If you checkout with PayPal, you will be directed to PayPal. Payment can be made using MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards. You need not have a PayPal account to make payment.
2. Please note that instant download is not available with this payment option. After your payment is received, we will e-mail the case study to you within two working hours.
3. If your order is placed outside our working hours or on a holiday, the case study will be e-mailed to you on the next working day.
4. Our working hours are 9.00 a.m to 6.00 p.m IST. We work five days a week (Monday - Friday). Our offices are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
