Abstract:
Through the experience of Abha, an MBA intern assigned to carry out a competency mapping exercise for an entire plant, the case describes the digital transformation of competency mapping at Tragon Limited's Sarni unit. The Sarni plant, which accounted for 14% of the company’s production, was still firmly rooted in manual procedures, outdated systems, and an aging workforce. This resulted in inefficiencies, low employee engagement, and high attrition among younger workers. |
