Colin Carnall is Director of Executive Programs at Warwick Business School, The University of Warwick, Coventry, UK. His research interests are strategic change; organization design; management development and e-learning.

He has previously worked for Henley Management College as Director of Executive Development and has extensive teaching experience, both with students and corporate clients. He has also held non-executive director appointments in both the private sector and the UK NHS. He has published widely on strategic change including the

best seller Managing Change in Organisations now in its fourth edition, and on management education. Published Personnel Today's One-Stop Guide to Change Management.
