Jittu Singh worked as an academician-cum-administrator at XLRI and subsequently as a senior executive at Tata Steel. His earlier stint at the institute, spanning 10 years, culminated as Dean for a 4-year term. He taught a variety of courses in the Organizational Behavior, Economics and General Management areas in the postgraduate and executive development programs. He also conducted a large number of in-company programs for leading companies.
