Kalpana Jaishankar is the Vice-President, Human Resources and People Development at Patni. In this capacity, she is responsible for all Employee Development activities, SBU and Location HR matters. Kalpana completed her PGDRM (General Management) from IRMA in 1984 prior to which she completed her B.Sc. (Mathematics) from Madras University in 1982. Kalpana did her schooling at La Martiniere, Kolkata.
