  • How do you promote teamspirit?
We want our people to be stakeholders in the company so their future growth is alignedwith the company's growth. We recognize that working effectively as teams and fostering team spirit is essential to achieve overall company growth. One of the ways through which we attempt to build team spirit is through cultural interaction. For example, Patni employees have got together and formed Club Patni. The Club organizes cultural events throughout the year, sports events, picnics, etc.For example, a group of employees undertook a cycle journey to Pune to raise funds for Girl Child Homes.

For people working outside India, we have an initiative called "Onsite Insight". It has data, information, news, events to keep them connected to Patni. The idea behind this is to have cultural compatibility for a common vision.

    Our other initiatives include:

  1. SBU meets, PL-PM meets are organized every quarter. These meets enable employees to interact with employees at all levels of their SBU at the informal level.
  2. Team award is an annual award given out to outstanding performance by teams in SBUs.

There is a specific allowance given to teams to celebrate completion of projects.

1. Talent Management Case Study
2. ICMR Case Collection
3. Case Study Volumes
