What is the role of business schools in fostering all the ideas that you had been proposing for all these years? How should business management graduates be initiated into all these powerful ideas? How should business schools prepare their graduates for sensitizing them to the emerging trends in corporate world?
Business schools have had great success in teaching the strategies and analytics of business, but not the essence of it. To learn that you must either make or sell a product or service and have your compensation be directly affected by your level of competitive success. Start-ups are a great place to get this experience.

Is small business the future of America?
I believe the future belongs to those enterprises that focus their human and financial capital on their core— what differentiates them competitively—and leverage the rest of the global ecosystem for supplying everything else their customers need.
